Life on Mars

Police detective Sam Tyler, originally from 2008, experiences a life-altering event when he is hit by a car and loses consciousness. Upon awakening, he inexplicably finds himself in the year 1973. Confused but resourceful, Sam goes to his police precinct, where he is assumed to be a transfer from another precinct. As he navigates this unfamiliar environment, he adapts to the different procedures and cultural norms of the time while simultaneously seeking to understand the reason behind his sudden time displacement.
