Le Bruit des glaçons

This is a story about a man who receives a visit from his cancer. "Hello" his cancer greets him, "I'm your cancer. I thought it would be good if we got to know each other." It sounds like a bad joke. But it's not a joke at all. The cancer moves in to the man's house, the house of a writer - a writer who likes a drink. Kill it. That's the first thing that comes to his mind. But the cancer's immortal. It's a problem with no solution. Unless...God alone knows what goes on in a writer's mind
