    In the 1920s in Oklahoma, the Osage Nation became wealthy due to oil. Overnight, they found themselves among the wealthiest people in the world. The wealth of these Native Americans immediately drew the covetousness of the Whites, who manipulated them and tried to steal as much money as possible before resorting to murder.
