Eleven-year-old Alex and his friends turn their backyard games of knights and battles into an extraordinary adventure when they stumble upon the legendary sword Excalibur. With its magical powers, Alex discovers the excitement and responsibility of wielding such a weapon, but quickly learns that its misuse comes at a great cost.
