Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Kristy Swanson stars as Buffy Summers -- popular cheerleader, dating the captain of the basketball team, spending copious amounts of time gabbing and shopping with friends. Imagine her surprise when mysterious stranger Merrick (Donald Sutherland) approaches her and tells her she is the Slayer: a powerful woman called to defend the world from vampires!
