The intense rivalry between Greek & American sponge fishermen for gleanings off the coast of Florida comes to a head when Arnold and his friends, the Rhys brothers pinch a load of sponges from the father & son team of Mike and Tony (Robert Wagner) Petrakis. This beautiful classic feature film shot was in Tarpon Springs, Florida, along the sponge docks where the Greeks enjoy a historical heritage.
